Celebrating Valentine's Day Around the World

It's Valentine's Day, the day to celebrate love. Around the world today, people are celebrating the love of their lives-- or maybe their love of life—with flowers, fancy dinners, and chocolate, and with messages of love and friendship. At the Department of State and our embassies and consulates around the world, we're celebrating too. We're celebrating our friends and allies, our host country cultures, and our great American traditions. Here are some of our favorite Valentine's Day wishes from across the world.
