Unless you are preparing to become a symphony orchestra conductor or planning to join an Italian wedding, banquet or christening in the near future, fewer hand gestures would be preferable. Distracting and unnecessary. Re: 60 seconds. Short does not always equal sweet. As an occasional public service information, it's OK but for the WHAM (winning hearts and minds) factor, not too effective.
