On Wednesday, November 9, 2011, Hannah Rosenthal, the Department of State's Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism held a conversation with Elisa Massimino, President and CEO of Human Rights First, on recent trends in anti-Semitism around the world.
