Santa Visits the Altiplano in Bolivia

It was big smiles and blue skies as Papa Noel arrived in the Bolivian communities of Curahuara de Carangas, Lagunas, Rosapata, Lercos, and Sulla Uta Salla Collana yesterday to deliver hundreds of toys. Santa, aka Carlos Creamer, the son of U.S. Charge d'Affaires to BoliviaJohn Creamer, was greeted with a happy "Bienvenido!" at each stop as he distributed presents purchased with funds from the American British International Association and other private donations.

The winter holiday season is a busy time for gift-giving programs the world over, including at many U.S. embassies where the U.S. Marine Corps administers the Toys for Tots program. As these photos from the sunny plains of the southern hemisphere demonstrate, however, you don't have to have snow or winter to help spread some cheer. From all of us at DipNote, happy holidays!

Dear to..
Openness rather than war, the reform should lead to a peaceful reunification. In the process, the local military conflict is inevitable, but all-out war with the U.S. divided into two groups - the New Cold War situation now, I think. U.S. and China are divided into - conflict with a massive, irreparable Think of the situation in Asia is made. In the field of manufacturing and production in Asia think that the world's largest, but the concept of the production facilities and the basic sciences, the field of precision, medical and financial sectors are still - because of the uniqueness of the Asian financial markets - are still vulnerable to a lot I think. China? If, when opening to western standards ....?
War is the opposite.

Postscript
Military competition with Russia, there is nothing left? Clean up that mess, and now I think that is suffering. Countries to grow with the neighboring countries of history proves that war is inevitable now be approached in a different way to think. Now, the war in Asia in the fall, the driving force for overcoming the economic crisis, completely, where do I get? The new energy system before creating an industry that I think is difficult for economic revival.

China to become familiar with the effort to stop, thought to be difficult for everyone.

South Korea's political and economic situation is still, your politics in the United States, wants to reform Wall Street, as being driven by very few I think. Historically, people always being marginalized ever since the history and tradition I think.

If you do not want, to stop ..

I do not want to say .. So far ...

went through the 1970s, the labor of women workers in Korea are similar to the problem I think. A little bit .... Even then the justification for the development of the country as more duties than rights, many people think they were coerced, that can help them out of this only way I can hardly ..

Korea's progress and met the opposition, still, why some of them hate me, I do not know what you're away. Then, think of their difficulties and the need to join ...... They feel that you're not a pure or even the good guy.

Turkey's nuclear power plant contract is canceled, sorry to think that, in Korea, I do not have a big reaction ... Perhaps trying to solve by themselves are doing. Ever, did not you visit someone in there? When it's whacked. If the predicted behavior so far ...

The story is thought to have been exposed to too much. These days, Japanese people think that keeps you paranoid does appear? And again that I would like to talk in front of me, and even an opposition, and - unexpectedly severe competition among firms and think. ..- workers to jobs is first of all,

Large corporations and financial institutions, he rose to the citizens' taxes, all-in all of the money for congressional elections, otto .... I always wondered where the money went into the election must often guess ,,,,,. IRS is easy to work ...

Without any alternatives to oppose U.S. policy for the first time I think. Even if you did not think the story was accepted, but just to myself. Japan's yen is predicted to continue would be appreciated, I remember it once already and failed policies of the United States had made a short time, while the U.S. real estate market, still the active, and eventually ending the tragedy was close to, personally, I think . Purchase of Japanese goods to the middle class luxury features -10%, but the calf, and 10% are trying to become a luxury for them was the professional or business owners, the collapse of the middle class are struggling to lose its distributors, thus producing the picture of Japanese businessman and caused the collapse of the industry and think. Although still the capital and technology, anxiety about the future and the birth of new industries - such as electric cars and solar power - waiting for technology to build ten thousand I think.

Japan continued to invest in technology and capital is thought to be. Rather, China's capital investment in U.S. real estate market is becoming an economic revival promises Why do not you? Insecurity situation is more likely, but not bonds or securities, which exists inside the United States is the land, take it impossible to keep in the safe I think. And, my prediction is that stupid effect of the yen in the past suggested the possibility to jungjinguk like Korea, but this time could be promoted younghyangryeokman China, Southeast Asia and India, the Middle East's oil and South American market is thought likely to go down . In order to promote employment, enterprise and financial institution revived inside the Chinese have invested in. The money invested in the U.S. If you think back, you think hard to take? China and the United States, Russia and the U.S. military as a relationship I do not think the competition will solve the problem. Russia is not the economy, depending on the state military forces, but China is very well-controlled on the basis of economic growth because the country, conflict to obtain the benefit of the injured side overlooking the country think. As in the case of South Korea ....

PS:
The Queen of England and Ireland for the attention of the British, the emergence of China, the economy is not more than a certain size to survive the tough structure has created. U.S. imports, but me, I need more time in China I think. China's imports are consumer goods still sachiseong most, like the old U.S., California modern with a second car for sale that I do not think. (Modern and I know it all, and ........-_-)

If economic integration in the UK and Ireland, as in the case of Hong Kong, I think the new market is likely to produce .- British law to provide care and public service is considered very attractive.

I am disturbed to every one, I think. Country's national interests, but for their own interests is thought to interfere. Where is the profit going, knowing full well that I took the other guy for, we believe that is socially selective repeatedly. I think something needs to be a breakthrough.

And, What is spawning a role? I would get a sponsor?
