On Tuesday, December 7, 2010, Assistant Secretary for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance and Chief START Negotiator Rose Gottemoeller and Dr. Jim Miller, Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, spoke on the New START Treaty at the Brookings Institution.
