Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver an address on the U.S. vision for Asia-Pacific multilateral engagement at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, January 12 at 6:30 p.m. ET / 1:30 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST Local). The speech will be streamed live online at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/east-west-center.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the East-West Center's founding by Congress to strengthen relations and understanding among the peoples and nations of Asia, the Pacific and the United States.
