Very pleased to learn that Rotary International is one of the NGOs involved in PP10. Hope to see an article in the ROTARIAN MAGAZINE about this voyage and Rotary's role.

Hi, Liaison Officer Thomas Weinz ..
I like the Photo of the USNS Mercy with the rainbow in the background.
The Pacific Partnership is a great program. I'm glad someone thought to start this collaboration between our countries. I think that you'll be a great assistance in world events, that call for decisive planning in emergency situations. I think Japan and Australia's support in this
program is excellent and is appreciated.

@ Tom,
Off the top of my head I'd think it wise to make offer to the Chilean Gov. to set a heading south, before making those planned visits.
Reason I say this is because the reports coming in seems to keep getting worse, and I think they are going to need all the help they can get even if they haven't asked for it yet.
Hope logistics allows for that presence, among the partners involved.
Thanks for the post, keep up the good works,
EJ
