So China who holds 38% of the UN Secruity council seats is sending small arms and PRLs to a country in turmoil with elections going on as well? Cosco, who owns the arms is a China State owned company.

On Karzai, do you honestly believe the Taliban would miss? The entire event sends up too many red flags to me. Why suddenly would there only be such a small and basically insignificant attempt when they have so much fire power and ability? It is a political rouse only as an attempt to upgrade spending and support from outside sources. Create a problem�.ummm. Karzai has a poor reputation on spending others money as it is.
