You must announce to offer Scholarships in the fields of Space Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Business Management, Agriculture and Nuclear Sciences in top universities of America especially for Pakistani students in order to strengthen People to People Contact. Secondly, we no need of AID but TRADE with America and through it with U.K. & EU. Thirdly, you are talking about DEMOCRACY but not condemning CORRUPTION you are well aware of it.

Meetings and discussions are fine but this is not stopping the Taliban forces? I urge President Barack Obama to make a decison about whether to send troops. There are choices to be made, decisons based on the current conflict and our forces in Afghanistan, General on the ground needs troops. I believe the solution is not sending troops to Afghanistan alone will solve this problem. In the heart of Pakistan is where the Taliban is being trained and equipped to fight our forces.

The new strategy for Pakistan should include the Government allowing our Soldiers, Sailors and Marines on the ground, provide the much needed security, then if the Secretary of Defense took up my idea of Sand Bags you could of saved billions of dollars on these wars many times over.

SAND BAG THE TALIBAN UNTIL THEY GIVE UP!

- 1. Environment Friendly
- 2. Not one shot from a cannon or weapon
- 3. Cost effectiveness, cheap to make
- 4. Does not destroy the ground but can be reused
- 5. Puts fear into the Taliban, constant bombings of sand bags
- 6. You can add things inside the Sand bags, rocks, ball bearings, grenades, anything.
- 7. The size of the bags can be 100 - 200 pound bags
- 8. Even if the Taliban were to try and hide in the mountains, sand bag them until they are buried or until they surrender.
- 9. When you think of the millions and billions of dollars spent on arms, weapons, explosives, when Sand Bags would have the same results costing a quarter of the price tag for these wars.

Summary: I don't know about you, but if a bomber came along and started bombing sand bags weighing 100 - 200 pounds at 35,000 feet, I can almost guarantee the area would be dusted after and your problems would be over quickly. Just the sound of those sand bags hitting the ground would make the Taliban run like rabbits being chased by dogs.

UNITED NATIONS (AFP) -- U.S. drone strikes against suspected terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan could be breaking international laws against summary executions, the UN's top investigator of such crimes said.

"The problem with the United States is that it is making an increased use of drones/Predators (which are) particularly prominently used now in relation to Pakistan and Afghanistan," UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial Executions Philip Alston told a press conference.

"My concern is that drones/Predators are being operated in a framework which may well violate international humanitarian law and international human rights law," he said.

International law was written at a time when only nations declared war. Now that individual citizens can also wage war, it becomes a bit awkward to kill them without a trial, without warning, and even without much evidence of who they are. So is our Secretary of State liable for arrest in Pakistan as a co-conspirator to murder?

And what happened to the right to abolish a government as set forth in our own Declaration of Independence? Have individual liberty and human rights become obsolete concepts in an era of instant death by drone?

Are drone operators liable for murder of civilians when drones are used in undeclared wars against individuals?

Or do we now have a double standard that makes it legal for government officials to murder people but not the other way around?
