In 2004, they were in Ecuador, a border of Columbia to the West...now it is simply another border they are testing.<br />

Just as any criminal element is suppressed in one area, it will migrate to an area of lest resistance, which shows there is less stability in the core of the FARC and their power is in some jeopardy.  <br />

The same holds true here in America, where MS 13 and many Hispanic Gangs in Calif. have been more successfully suppressed and imprisoned for their illegal activities by State and Federal sources, they can now be found in smaller American cities who do not have the resources or experience to fight them.  Hells Angels migrated to Canada in the 90s and now Canada has cracked down on them and they have migrated to the Wisconsin area.]]></description>
